Paul Brown Hawaii Hair at Rest Curl Eliminator is designed to reduce or remove natural curl and wave, remove old perms, redirect cowlicks, create texture. Do not use on hair that has been double processed, bleached or treated with relaxers containing sodium or other hydroxide bases.

Ingredients

Crème Texturizer:
DI Water, Cysteamine HCL, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Isopropanolamine, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, Fragrance, DMDM Hydantoin.

Neutralizer:
DI Water, Sodium Bromate, Cetrimoinum Chloride, Styrene/VP Copolymer, Polysorbate 20, Fragrance, Disodium Phosphate, Propolis Extract, Citric Acid.
